Abstract:   (20 Views)
The emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and its subsequent high speed and volume of exchange of information, values, and diverse norms have intensified the complexities and cultural threats it poses to various societies. In such circumstances, utilizing a comprehensive model that is consistent with the indicators of the current changing world to develop cultural security can create a suitable platform for cultural protection and development. In this regard, this research attempts to present a plan for cultural security based on the "chain of change" in social systems with a qualitative approach and using the philosophical research method. Data collection was carried out using library research and data analysis using reflective analysis method. The validity of the research findings was verified using validity, reliability, and transferability techniques. The research findings have provided a systematic framework consisting of seven levels of foundations, approaches, strategies, mechanisms, methods, implementation and audit of the cultural security development plan, which can help the country's cultural custodians to strengthen the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle and ensure cultural security.
