fa توسعۀ امنیت فرهنگی، طرحی برای تغییر در سیستم های اجتماعی؛ زنجیرۀ تغییر Developing Cultural Security, A Plan for Change in Social Systems: The Chain of Change تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بروز پدیدۀ جهانی شدن و پیرو آن، سرعت و حجم بالای تبادل اطلاعات، ارزش ها و هنجارهای متنوع، موجب تشدید پیچیدگی ها و تهدیدهای فرهنگی ناشی از آن برای جوامع مختلف گردیده است. در چنین شرایطی، بهره‌گیری از مدلی جامع و منطبق با شاخص های دنیای متحول کنونی جهت توسعۀ امنیت فرهنگی می‌تواند بستر مناسبی برای حفاظت و توسعۀ فرهنگی ایجاد کند. در همین راستا، در این پژوهش تلاش گردید تا با رویکردی کیفی و با بهره گیری از روش تحقیق فلسفی، طرحی برای امنیت فرهنگی مبتنی بر "زنجیرۀ تغییر" در سیستم های اجتماعی ارائه گردد. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از مطالعۀ کتابخانه ای و تحلیل داده ها، با روش تحلیل تأملی، انجام گردید. اعتبار یافتههای پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیکهای اعتبارپذیری، اعتمادپذیری  و انتقالپذیری احراز گردید. یافته های پژوهش، چارچوبی نظام مند مشتمل بر هفت سطح مبانی، رویکردها، راهبردها، سازوکارها، روش ها، اجرا و ممیزی طرح توسعۀ امنیت فرهنگی ارائه نموده است که میتواند به متولیان فرهنگی کشور در جهت تقویت سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی و تأمین امنیت فرهنگی کمک نماید</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and its subsequent high speed and volume of exchange of information, values, and diverse norms have intensified the complexities and cultural threats it poses to various societies. In such circumstances, utilizing a comprehensive model that is consistent with the indicators of the current changing world to develop cultural security can create a suitable platform for cultural protection and development. In this regard, this research attempts to present a plan for cultural security based on the "chain of change" in social systems with a qualitative approach and using the philosophical research method. Data collection was carried out using library research and data analysis using reflective analysis method. The validity of the research findings was verified using validity, reliability, and transferability techniques. The research findings have provided a systematic framework consisting of seven levels of foundations, approaches, strategies, mechanisms, methods, implementation and audit of the cultural security development plan, which can help the country's cultural custodians to strengthen the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle and ensure cultural security.</div>   امنیت فرهنگی؛ زنجیره تغییر؛ سیستم اجتماعی؛ فرهنگ؛ مدیریت تغییر.
