The cultural and social activities of the students provide the necessary platforms for the university social capital and the development of social partnerships in the university and create an atmosphere of happiness and hope among the students. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the lived experience of student teachers from cultural and social activities. The present research method is qualitative and thematic analysis.The participants of the research are 20 active student teachers in the cultural and social fields of Farhangian University campuses in East Azarbaijan province. Purposive sampling method has been used in the selection of cases. After analyzing the interviews, two inclusive theme improving academic social capital and acquiring knowledge and skills competencies and eight main themes were extracted, which are: Developing the spirit of teamwork, development of collective empathy, Improving the academic social capital, Strengthening the atmosphere of happiness and hope, the way of empowerment, the acquisition of educational literacy and The promotion of the ability to tolerate others and the practice of organizational management and leadership.
