fa آسیب شناسی مردم نگردر اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری مطالعه موردی شهر ساری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research طرح های توسعه ی شهری در ایران غالبا با تاکید بر جنبه های کالبدی تهیه می شود. این شیوه موجب شده تا&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">شالوده اصلی شهرهای ما به سمت نامناسب حرکت کندو بسیاری از عناصر و اجزایی که در بستر تاریخی شهر و متناسب با نیازهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی و... شکل گرفته بود به حال خود رها شده و ابزار تسلط بر شهر سواداگری و دلالی زمین و ساختمان باشد. هدف از مقاله حاضرآسیب شناسی اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری در ایران&nbsp; از نگاه مردم شهر است.</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">سئوالات تحقیق به شرح ذیل است.1-</span><span dir="RTL">مفاهیم وبنیان فلسفی موجود در طرح های توسعه شهری چیست ؟</span> <span dir="RTL">2-روش های مناسب تهیه تا اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری در ایران چگونه است ؟ فرضیه ارائه شده این است که طرح های توسعه شهری در فرایند تهیه تا اجرا به ساکنین شهرها توجه نداشته و با توجه به آنها کمرنگ است. </span><span dir="RTL">روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی است .&nbsp; شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات نیز بصورت اسنادی و میدانی از طریق پرسشنامه در قالب طیف لیکرت&nbsp; است. که با استفاده از نرم افزار (</span>SPSS<span dir="RTL">) تحلیل قرار شده .&nbsp;<a name="OLE_LINK53"></a><a name="OLE_LINK52">نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که نظام عقلانیت حاکم بر تهیه تا اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری با نظام عقلانیت موجود در جامعه ایرانی مخصوصا نگرش به ابعاد اجتماعی کمتر تطبیق دارد </a>.</span> Urban development plans are provided with a surface attitude to the economic, social, and physical dimensions of cities in Iran.. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the ecology of urban development projects in Iran. This is a case study of urban constructs with a social approach and phenomenology. The research questions are follows as: 1. What are the implications of the existing rationality for urban development projects and people living in Iranian cities? 2. What are the proper methods for preparing for implementation of urban development projects in Iran, considering the philosophical basis of thinking in Iranian society? The hypothesis is not focused on the nature of towns and cities, the plans to guide them, or not. The research method is descriptive-analytic and the information gathering is done by documentary and field questionnaire in the sample of Likert spectrum. Which is analyzed using software (SPSS).
