fa نقش فضای اجتماعی در توسعه ی مطبوعات محلی،مطالعه ی موردی؛ مطبوعات محلی شهرکاشان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right">این جستار با هدف بررسی و شناسایی نقش شاخصهای توسعه به مطالعهی توسعهی مطبوعات محلی شهر</div><div style="text-align: right">کاشان پرداخته است. به نظر میرسد شاخصهای توسعهی در توسعهی مطبوعات محلی از طریق بخش منابع طبیعی</div><div style="text-align: right">بیشترین تأثیر را داشتهاند. سؤال اصلی آن است که شاخصهای توسعهی در توسعه مطبوعات محلی تا چه میزان</div><div style="text-align: right">تأثیرگذار بوده و شرایط مناسبی برای جلب اعتماد اجتماعی و در نتیجه نفوذ سیاسی و حمایت های اقتصادی را فراهم</div><div style="text-align: right">کرده است .</div><div style="text-align: right">روش این پژوهش با توجه به اهداف و فرضیات تحقیق پیمایشی، کتابخانهای و تحلیل محتوا است. روش</div><div style="text-align: right">نمونهگیری و جامعهی آماری در این پژوهش شامل کارشناسان و صاحب نظران حوزهی مطبوعات استان، خوانندگان</div><div style="text-align: right">مطبوعات کاشان و مطبوعات شهر کاشان است . با دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی و از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل آماری</div><div style="text-align: right">سؤالات پرسشنامه به اثبات و یا رد فرضیهها پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد مهمترین چالش پیش</div><div style="text-align: right">روی مطبوعات محلی، به موضوع منابع مدیریت انسانی آنها باز میگرددکه میتوان آنها را در قالب اولویتهای به</div><div style="text-align: right">شرح زیر بر شمرد : 1 توسعهی منابع انسانی 5 توجه به مسائل و موضوعات اجتماعی منطقهی جغرافیایی نشر که - -</div><div style="text-align: right">میتواند رسانهها را در قبال داشتن مخاطب بیمه کند و از این مسیر، امکان افزایش توان اقتصادی را به همراه داشته</div><div style="text-align: right">باشد و 9 پیوندهای صنفی، از شاخصهایی هستند که میتواند مطبوعات محلی را در برابر عدم توسعه و مشکلات -</div><div style="text-align: right">محیطی، و حتی مشکلات داخلی بیمه کند.</div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">This paper investigates and identifies the characteristics of the study in the development of the local press in Kashan.  It seems that development indexes have the most influential role in developing local press through the section of natural resources. The main assumption is that how much the development of indicators impact on the local press and has provided conditions for the trust in economic support and on the political and social support.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Using the two descriptive and inferential methods and through statistical analysis of the research questions the rejection or approval of hypotheses are discussed result of the study showed that the most important challenge for local press refers to the issue of human resources management issues that it is possible to categorize them as follow: 1. Developing human resources 2. Paying attention to issues and social subjects of the geographical regions that can insure press against having audience and therefore, to result in increasing the level of increasing economy. 3.
