fa طراحی و اعتباریابی مدلی برای اجرای موفق خط‌مش‌گذاری زیست محیطی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتباریابی مدلی برای اجرای خط‌مش‌گذاری زیست محیطی در ایران است که به روش آمیخته و ترکیبی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی محقق اقدام به انجام مصاحبه‌هایی عمیق با 22 نفر از نخبگان، مدیران و متخصصان مرتبط با محیط زیست کشور کرده است. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس مراحل سه گانه کدگذاری نشان داد که از تعداد 135 مفاهیم متناظر تعداد 26 خرده مقوله استخراج شده که دارای ارتباط مفهومی با همدیگر هستند و در مرحله کدگذاری محوری از همه خرده مقولات تعداد 11 مقوله محوری بیرون کشیده شد که با انتزاع بیشتر این مقولات در مرحلۀ کدگذاری گزینشی، یک مقوله هسته‌ای به شرح &laquo;یک اجرای موفق خط‌مشی‌ زیست محیطی مبتنی بر تدوینی فکورانه بر پایه هماهنگی و همسویی نهادی و ارزشی است که در آن توسعه دانش زیست محیطی با استراتژی مدیریت سبز و قوانین مؤثر موجب اعتلای فرهنگ زیست محیطی می‌شود&raquo; ظاهر شد که می‌تواند تمامی مقولات دیگر را تحت پوشش قرار بدهد. در بخش کمی که اعتباریابی مدل استخراجی انجام شده است، نتایج حاصل از مداسازی معادله ساختاری نشان داده‌ها که همه مولفه های کیفی استخراج شده اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر اجرای موفق خط‌مشی‌ زیست محیطی کشور دارند.<br> &nbsp; The purpose of this research is to design and validate a model for implementation of environmental policy in Iran, which qualitative section with the help of methodology, the foundation or grounded theory of the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 22 elites, managers and environmentalists in the country. The results based on the coding trials showed that out of 135 corresponding concepts, 26 subcategories were extracted that have a conceptual relationship with each other. In the axial coding step, all 11 subcategories were extracted from the axial categories, which were further abstracted These categories at the selective coding stage, a nuclear category, are described as &quot;a successful implementation of environmental policy based on fictitious formulation based on the institutional and value-added alignment and coordination in which the development of environmental knowledge with the green management strategy and effective laws promote the development of a culture of life An environment becomes &quot;that can be all over Cover other vlat.
