fa نیازسنجی فرهنگی واولویت بندی الگویی درمیان شهروندان کاشانی Cultural Assessment and Pattern Prioritization among Kashan Peoples عمومى General پژوهشي Research سنجش نیازهای فرهنگی بهعنوان گامی اساسی در جهت برنامهریزی توسعهی فرهنگی، تحقق عدالت و بهبود روابط اجتماعی بهشمار میآید.دراین زمینه،روش مطالعهی حاضر، پیمایشی است و برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است.جامعهی آماری آن،کلیهی شهروندان بالای 15 سال شهرستان کاشان است که میزان حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 720 نفر تعیین شده است.<o:p /> نیازهای مورد بررسی به چهار دسته نیازهای فرهنگی- اجتماعی، علمی- آموزشی، دینی و تفریحی- هنری تقسیم شدهاست.بهطوریکه نیازهای فرهنگی–اجتماعی با میانگین 11/37 دارای بیشترین مقدار ونیازهای دینی– مذهبی با میانگین 01/15 دارای کمترین مقدار است وسایر نیازها درمیان آنها قراردارند. میانگین نیازهای فرهنگی–اجتماعی، علمی- آموزشی ودینی زنان بیشتر از مردان است. اما در بخش نیازهای هنری– تفریحی تفاوتی مشاهده نمیشود. میانگین نیازهای فرهنگی– اجتماعی و هنری– تفریحی افراد ساکن در روستا بیشتر از ساکنان شهر است و درسایر نیازها تفاوتی مشاهده نمی شود.اگرچه میان تحصیلات ونیازهای دینی و هنری- تفریحی رابطه مشاهده نمی شود اماتحصیلات بانیازهای فرهنگی- اجتماعی وهمچنین نیازهای علمی– آموزشی دارای رابطهای معکوس است.ودرنهایت با افزایش سن فقط نیازهای هنری– تفریحی افزایش مییابد ومیان سن وسایر نیازها رابطه وجود ندارد. همچنین دراولویت بندی الگوهای مورد بررسی، ازنظرپاسخگویان خانواده دارای اولویت اول، دوستان، معلمین،استادان، روحانیون وشخصیتهای اسلامی در اولویت دوم وسایر شخصیتها(هنری،ورزشی،سیاسی،هنرپیشهها وورزشکاران خارجی،همکلاسیها و... )در اولویت سوم قراردارند.<o:p /> Assessment of cultural necessities as a major step toward cultural development planning, equanimity realization and improvement of social relations is taken into account. The method of the current study is surveying in which questionnaires are used for collecting needed information. In this survey, 720 above 15 years old peoples in Kashan are sampled according to the Cochran formula. Superficial credit, detecting factor analysis method and Kronbakh alpha factor are used for validating this survey. According to the measured detecting factor analysis, studied necessities were divided into four groups: cultural-social, scientific-instructional, religious and sportive-artificial. Maximum and minimum values belong to cultural-social necessities with 37.11% average and religious necessities with 15.01% respectively. The rest are in between. Average of cultural-social, scientific-instructional and religious necessities differ with the gender, as women necessities average is more than that of the men. Cultural-social and sportive-artificial necessities averages are different based on habitat, so those who live in villages have more necessities. There is no difference in the other necessities. Although no relation is seen between education and religious and sportive-artificial necessities, education has reverse relation with cultural-social and scientific-instructional necessities. Eventually, artificial-sportive necessities are only increased with increasing the age of people and there is no relation between the age of the people and the rest of the necessities.<o:p /> Likewise, in prioritization of the studied patterns, family is the first, friends, teachers, instructors, clergy and Islamic characters are the second and the other characters (artificial, sportive, political, actors and foreign sportsman, classmates …) are the third priority according to the respondents’ opinions.<o:p /> نیاز,نیاز سنجی, فرهنگ,نیاز سنجی فرهنگی, الگوهای ارزشی.
