fa جایگاه فضاهای فرهنگی در طرح های توسعه شهری معاصر (ارزیابی مساحت و سرانه خدمات فرهنگی در طرح جامع و طرح های تفصیلی کلان شهر اصفهان) The Place of Cultural Spaces in Contemporary Urban Development Plans (Evaluation of the area and per capita of cultural services in the comprehensive plan and detailed plans of Isfahan metropolis) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقالهی حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی جایگاه فضاهای فرهنگی در طرحهای توسعه شهری معاصر بر آن است در ابتدا به محاسبهی میزان کمبود هر یک از نیازهای فرهنگی با میزان سرانهی استاندارد بپردازد؛ سپس، با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس، براساس سرانههای وضع موجود خدمات آموزشی، مذهبی، اجتماعی، گردشگری، تفریحی و ورزشی در طرحهای تفصیلی، حوزههای شهری کلانشهر اصفهان را از نظر میزان دسترسی به خدمات فرهنگی رتبهبندی نماید. در مرحلۀ بعد، به منظور تحلیل و ارزیابی سرانههای پیشنهادی در طرح جامع شهر، رابطهی جمعیّت شهر با سرانه و مساحت هر یک از کاربریهای فرهنگی و رابطهی مساحت و سرانهی هر یک از آنها با استفاده از نرم<span dir="LTR"></span>افزار اس.پی.اس.اس را مورد تحلیل قرار دهد. در نهایت، در هر یک از روابط معنیدار شناسایی شده، توابع 10 گانهی پیشبینی آماری به دست آمده و با عبور از فیلترهای 5گانهی انتخاب توابع بهینه برازش منحنی، توابع مورد تأیید انتخاب گردد. نتایج حاصل از روابط رگرسیونی نشان میدهد که در طرح جامع شهر اصفهان، روابط و شیوهی نظاممندی برای سرانهی کاربریهای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و ورزشی وجود نداشته است. یافتههای این مقاله میتواند برای تحلیل و ارزیابی سرانههای پیشنهادی در طرح جامع و کاهش نابرابری در توزیع خدمات فرهنگی، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.<br>   In this paper, with the aim of evaluating the position of cultural spaces in contemporary urban development plans, it is first to calculate the extent of the shortage of any cultural needs with the standard per capita amount; Then, using Topsis Technique, based on the current per capita levels of educational, religious, social, tourism, recreational and sports services in detailed plans, ranking the metropolitan areas of Isfahan in terms of access to services cultural. In the next step, in order to analyze and evaluate the proposed per capita in the comprehensive, the relationship between the population of the city with per capita and the area of each cultural land use, and the area and per capita relationship of each of them were analyzed using SPSS software So, in each of the meaningful relationships identified, the functions of the 10 statistical predictions are obtained and the optimal functions are selected.
