fa تحلیلی بر پراکنش فضایی فقر شهری در نواحی شهر خرم آباد Analysis of the spatial distribution of urban poverty in the areas of Khorramabad تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف اصلی این تحقیق شناسایی مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر فقر شهری و ارائه راهکارهایی جهت رهایی ازین معضل، بهبود و توانمند سازی ساکنان محلات فقیرنشین می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در مقاله حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نوع تحقیقات پژوهشی- کاربردی می‌باشد. با توجه به ارزیابی و تحلیل مدل ویکور که برای رتبه بندی شاخص‌های فقر انجام گرفت، این نتیجه حاصل شد که بسیاری از شاخص‌های (کالبدی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، زیست محیطی) در سطحی بسیارنامناسب قرار دارند. در بررسی شاخص‌های فقر شهری؛ شاخص‌های کالبدی با میانگین (0/166) اولویت نخست، شاخص‌های اقتصادی با میانگین (0/327) اولویت دوم، شاخص‌های اجتماعی- فرهنگی با میانگین (0/398) در اولویت سوم و درنهایت شاخص‌های زیست محیطی با میانگین (0/570) اولویت چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. الگوی فضایی فقر در پهنه شهر خرم آباد بر اساس نتایج و بررسی‌های انجام شده الگوی پراکنده دارد که اخیراً به سمت الگویی خوشه‌ای و متمرکز متمایل شده است. همبستگی که بین اقشار اجتماعی و محدوده بافتهای مسکونی مساله دار در بافت فرسوده خرم آباد گرفته شد، نشان می‌دهد که اقشار فرودست عمدتاً در نواحی بافت فرسوده شهری زندگی می‌کنند که دهه به دهه به سمت جنوب و حاشیه شهر کشیده می‌شوند. the main purpose of this research is identifing the most important factors influencing urban poverty and provides guidelines for the release of this problem and improves and empowers the residents of slums. The research method is analytical – descriptive with emphasis on pratical and survey method. According to the evaluation and analysis of VIKOR model which rank to the factors of poverty, Many factors (physical, economic, social, cultural, environmental) are at inappropriate level. In Evaluation of urban poverty, physical indicators with an average (0.166) at top priority, economical indicators with an average (0.327) at second priority, social- cultural indicators with an average (0.398) at third priority and environmental indicators with an average (0.570) at forth priority. Spatial patterns of poverty in the city of Khorramabad based on results of studies has a diffused pattern which recently has been oriented to cluster and centralized pattern. The correlation between social classes and Residential problematic tissue areas in distressed areas of Khorramabad shows that the lower classes and low income people is mainly living in the distressed areas in city that decade by decade dragged to the south and the margin of town.
