fa بررسی تاثیر فوردیسم ایرانی بر اقتصاد، جامعه و فرهنگ ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تاثیر فوردیسم ایرانی بر اقتصاد، جامعه و فرهنگ ایران (در دوره پهلوی دوم) می باشد، که تا امروز نیز تاثیراتش را گذاشته است. برای نیل به این هدف از روش تاریخی و تحلیل ثانویه تاریخ شفاهی استفاده شده است. فوردیسم که سیستمی متشکل از هم زمانی، دقت و تخصص در صنعت بود بخش های وسیعی از جوامع توسعه یافته را متاثر خود نمود. البته این ایده تنها اثر گذار بر جهان غرب نبود و کشورهای جهان سوم، نظیر ایران را بر آن داشت تا برای دستیابی به توسعه باید از منطق بسیاری از سیاست های صنعتی فوردیسم تبعیت کنند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد در دوره پهلوی دوم برنامه ریزی های عمرانی استراتژیکی در جهت توسعه اقتصادی کشور گرفته شد و این راهبردها کشور را در زمینه های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن چنان متحول ساخت که گاهی از آن به &laquo;انقلاب صنعتی کوچک&raquo; یاد می کنند. لیکن این اقدامات منجر به یک مجموعه مسائل اجتماعی و فرهنگی نیز شد که از اهم آن ها می توان به رشد مصرف گرایی، تعارض فرهنگ بومی و غربی، حاشیه نشینی، مهاجرت های گسترده و... اشاره کرد.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">Henry Ford created a system that consisted of syndicate, accuracy and expertise in company. This creative idea became Fordism phenomenon and helped the affluence andprosperity of economic inthe united state during 1940 to 1960s. He was the first person who used the production line for producing cheap automobile. Not only he created a revolution inAmerica and Europe industry, but also his proposal forintegration the mass products, high wages for workers and low price, effected on economy and societies in twenty century that called Fordism.</p> <p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fordism consequences in Iran were createdon economy, cultural and social fieldsandcaused tofundamental changes in economic, cultural and social structure such as GDP growth, developing industry and services, changes inrelations of&nbsp; agriculture, increasing cities and rural migration, transubstantiation of traditional culture and replacing western culture, developing new middle classes and changing in social categories and increasing communication tools and growing consumerism.</p> <p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accirding to research subject, the nearest method that help researcher to get first hand information wasoral history method.
