fa ارزیابی شاخص‌های شهر سالم درمنطقه دو شهر قم عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal"><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">امروزه بیش­تر شهرها با سطح فزاینده­ای از تبعات منفی ناشی از رشد سریع مواجه هستند که این خود سلامت عمومی شهروندان را تهدید می­کند. به همین علت، </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">فکر شهر سالم در پژوهش­های شهری معاصر اهمیت زیادی یافته و از ظرفیت مطالعاتی بسیاری برخوردار شده است. پژوهش حاضر نیز با علم به اهمیت این مقوله، برای بررسی این فکر به مطالعه  شاخص­های مختلف شهر سالم در منطقه­ی دو شهر قم که به­عنوان منطقه­­ی پرجمعیت، مهاجرپذیر می­باشد، پرداخته است. روش مطالعه در این پژوهش توصیفی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">–</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'"> تحلیلی است و داده­های مورد نیاز به­صورت میدانی گرد­آوری شده است. مسائلی چون </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">بهداشت محیطی، کاربری­­ و وضعیت دسترسی­ها به خدمات</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">، مبلمان، زیبایی شهری، امنیت اجتماعی، مسکن و ...، مورد پرسش قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">SPSS</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-size: 9pt font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span>  </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">داده­ها مورد پردازش قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق با انجام آزمون­های محتلف آماری مانند</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">، </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">تحلیل واریانس  یک­طرفه (</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">ANOVA</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span>)، توکی (</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Tukey</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span>)</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'"> و آزمون </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">تی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span lang="FA" dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><span dir="ltr"></span> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Lotus'">شاخص­های مورد مطالعه در کل منطقه، به­ویژه در نواحی سه و چهار آن به جهت وضعیت نامناسب اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی ساکنین و نیز عملکرد نامناسب مدیریت شهری و نهادهای ذی­ربط در وضعیت شهر سالم قرار ندارند. <o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm -0.05pt 0.0001pt 1.7pt line-height: normal direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Today the majority of cities encountered with increasing level of negative consequences due to rapid urban growth which threatening the overall health of the citizens.  So the idea of healthy city has captured wide attention in the contemporary urban literature and has high capacity for further studies. This research aimed to study the main indices of healthy city in the zone 2 of Qom with its high migrant oriented growth. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive and analytical methods and the required data was collected by conducting a field work to complete the given questionnaires. The main questions concentrated on the socio-economic and physical issues such as environmental health, land use and the quality of accessibility to services, urban furniture, urban aesthetics, social security, and housing.  The data were processed using SPSS. The findings of the research were analyzed by applying different statistical tests such as T- test, Tukey, One tailed ANOVA. The results revealed that the given indices have not been corresponded with healthy city standards in the whole area especially in the 3 and 4 districts of the zone 2. It can be concluded that the poor socio-economic and cultural status of the residents combined with the inappropriate management of urban authorities exacerbated the situation in the study area. <o:p /></span></p> شهر سالم, کیفیت زندگی, شاخص‌های کالبدی, دسترسی, قم.
