fa بازتولید نابرابری اجتماعی در تهران از خلال تعامل سرمایه و فضا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">این مقاله به بررسی رابطه میان فضا، طبقه و سرمایه در شهر تهران می</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">پردازد. هدف عمده این پژوهش نشان دادن آن است که چگونه سرمایه کشور وارد بخش مسکن و مستغلات در تهران می</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">شود و زمین شهری تهران زمینه مناسبی برای بازتولید سرمایه می</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">شود و رابطه میان طبقات شهری و فضای شهری تحت تاثیر عملکرد سرمایه قرار می</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">گیرد. رویکرد نظری این مقاله عمدتا متاثر از هاروی است. روش این مقاله تحلیل ثانویه بوده و متکئ بر آمارهای تولید شده توسط مراکز رسمی مانند بانک مرکزی و شهرداری تهران است.&nbsp; یافته ها نشان می</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">دهند که چرخش نابرابر تولید ملی به بخش مسکن و همچنین بازار مسکن و مستغلات شهر تهران، در کنار خلق انواع نابرابری های اقتصادی در بازار مسکن بر حسب جایگاه هزینه مسکن در بودجه خانوار و توزیع جغرافیایی اقشار مختلف، زمینه خلق نابرابر فضاهای شهری در تهران معاصر شده که این روند موجب بازتولید انواع نابرابری در حوزه ی کلان اجتماعی می شود</span>.</p> <pre> <font color="#000000"><span font-size:="" lang="EN" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-theme-font:="" mso-bidi-theme-font:="" mso-hansi-theme-font:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">This article examines the relationship between space, class and capital in the city of Tehran.
