fa تحلیل فضایی نماگرهای توسعه ی فرهنگی استان هرمزگان با استفاده از مدل های برنامه ریزی Spatial analysis of the cultural development indicators: Planning Modeling in Hormozgan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در سالهای اخیر مطالعات فراوانی در زمینهی توسعه انجام شده که همهی آنها بر محور توسعهی اقتصادی نیست، بلکه ایدهی نقش فرهنگ در توسعه- یا بهعنوان یکی از مباحث توسعه- مطرح گردیده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات تحلیلی- کاربردی است که در آن بر اساس مدلهای تاکسونومی عددی و تاپسیس به تحلیل یافتههای مورد نظر اقدام شده است. اطّلاعات مورد نیاز به شیوهی میدانی و کتابخانهای جمعآوری گردیده و بر اساس 48 شاخص مختلف که در این تحقیق برای سنجش  توسعه یافتگی فرهنگی استان هرمزگان در نظر گرفته شده، تحلیل شده اند. نتایج یافتهها نشاندهندهی آن است که بر اساس روش تاپسیس، شهرستان ابوموسی با ضریب توسعهیافتگی 54/0 و کسب رتبهی اوّل    بهعنوان توسعهیافتهترین شهرستان و خمیر با ضریب توسعهیافتگی 03/0 و کسب رتبهی یازدهم بهعنوان محرومترین شهرستان در مقایسه با دیگر شهرستانهای استان شناخته شدهاند. همچنین طبق رتبهبندی با استفاده از مدل تاکسونومی عددی، بندرعباس با ضریب توسعهیافتگی 66/0 برخوردارترین شهرستان و خمیر با ضریب توسعهیافتگی 07/1 محرومترین شهرستان معرّفی شده است. آن چه کاملاً مشهود است وجود نابرابری فاحش میان شهرستانهای استان از نظر درجهی توسعهیافتگی فرهنگی است. </p> <p>Many studies have investigated the development issue but none focused on the economic development. The role of culture in development is proposed as one of the subjects connected to development as well.This studyis based on the Analytic-Applied research method and the numerical taxonomy usedTopsis models to analyze the results. The required data were collected using the filed study and reviewing the existing literature. Totally, 48 indices are considered to evaluate the cultural development coefficient in Hormozgan Province. The results indicate that Hormozgan is culturally underdeveloped.Based on the Topsis model, results show that the highest and lowest development coefficients are 0.54 (Abomosa) and 0.03(Khamir), respectively. Also, according to the cultural indices estimated by Numerical Taxonomy model, the highest and lowest development coefficient measured 0.66(Bandarabas) and 1.07(Khamir), respectively.Many studies have investigated the development issue but none focused on the economic development.
