fa تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه شاخص های آموزشی و فرهنگی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><em>خدمات آموزشی و فرهنگی در مناطق مختلف ایران به صورت متعادل توزیع نشده؛ به&shy;گونه&shy;ای که استان یزد بیشترین و استان سیستان و بلوچستان کمترین میزان خدمات آموزشی و فرهنگی را در سطح کشور داراست. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه خدمات مذکور، تعیین سطح تمرکزگرایی استان&shy;ها و پیش&shy;بینی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود وضعیت موجود انجام شده است. روش پژوهش &laquo;توصیفی- تحلیلی&raquo; است که با استفاده از مدل&shy;های تحلیل عاملی، ضریب تمرکز، نماگر توسعه خدمات آموزشی و فرهنگی (</em><em><span dir="LTR">ECDI</span></em><em>) و رگرسیون چند متغیره صورت گرفته است. یافته&shy;های پژوهش نشان می&shy;دهد، از 64 نماگر اولیه 49 نماگر انتخابی که به 5 عامل معنادار تقلیل یافته&shy;اند و مجموعاً 48/65 درصد واریانس جامعه را تبیین می&shy;نمایند، بر توسعه خدمات آموزشی و فرهنگی کشور مؤثر هستند. به لحاظ توسعه خدمات مورد نظر، 10 استان در سطح فراتوسعه، 10 استان در سطح میان توسعه&shy;یافته بالا، 4 استان در سطح میان توسعه&shy;یافته پایین و 7 استان در سطح فروتوسعه قرار دارند. برای کاهش عدم تعادل و نابرابری بین مناطق، رگرسیون چند متغیره سهم عامل &laquo;نیروهای آموزشی- اداری و دانش&shy;آموزی&raquo; را بیش از سایر عامل&shy;ها پیش&shy;گویی می&shy;نماید.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span 11pt="" ar-sa="" en-us="" font-size:="" major-bidi="" minor-fareast="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-theme-font:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-bidi-theme-font:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" mso-fareast-theme-font:="" mso-hansi-theme-font:="" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000">Educational and cultural services in different regions of Iran have been distributed unequally in such a way that Yazd province has the most and Sistan and Baluchistan province has the least amount of educational and cultural services in national level. Therefore, the present study has been conducted with this objective to identify factors affecting the development of mentioned services, determine the centralism levels of the provinces and predict factors affecting the improvement of the status quo. The method employed in this research is descriptive-analytical which was conducted using models of factor analysis, concentration coefficient, educational services and cultural development indicator (ECDI) and multivariate regression. The findings of the present study indicate that from 64 primary indicators, 49 selective indicators having reduced into 5 significant factors and in sum determine 65.48 percent of the population variance, are effective on the development of educational and cultural services of Iran. In terms of development of desired services, 9 provinces are located in supra-developmental levels, 10 provinces in upper semi-developed level, 4 provinces in lower semi-developed level and 7 provinces in lower-developed level.
