fa بررسی و شناسایی شاخص های کاربردی توسعه اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 120%"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">چکیده <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 120%"><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">این جستار با هدفِ بررسی و شناسایی شاخص</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120%">&shy;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">های کاربردی توسعه اجتماعی، به مطالعه و کنکاش در رابطه با مفهوم توسعه اجتماعی در سطوح بین المللی و ملی پرداخته است. روش این مطالعه با توجه به اهداف و سوالات تحقیق، توصیفی و کیفی می</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120%">&shy;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">باشد که در دو مرحله کتابخانه</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120%">&shy;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">ای و همچنین تکنیک دلفی صورت گرفته است. حجم نمونه مطالعه(روش دلفی) از </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">30</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> نفر از صاحبنظران آکادمیک و متولیان اجرایی حوزه توسعه اجتماعی که به شکل غیر تصادفی انتخاب شده</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120%">&shy;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">اند، تشکیل شده است. در نهایت بر اساس محاسبه شاخص</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120%">&shy;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">های اجماع، اهمیت و اولویت در فرایند تکنیک دلفی، مفهوم توسعه اجتماعی با عنوانِ کیفیت سیستم اجتماعی از طریق نهادینه کردن اخلاق توسعه علی الخصوص &quot;اخلاق توسعه اجتماعی&quot; برای حصول به &quot;همبستگی (وفاق) اجتماعی&quot; و &quot;عدالت اجتماعی&quot; در جهت&nbsp; بالا بردن &quot;سطح کیفیت زندگی&quot; و افزایش ضریب &quot;امنیت اجتماعی&quot; تعریف و تعبیر گشت. نهایتا</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'">،</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 120% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> توسعه اجتماعی بر اساس منطقِ علمیِ شاخص سازی، به ابعاد پنجگانه و همچنین خرده ابعاد مرتبط با آن تقسیم بندی شد.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p>This research, with the aim of investigating the applied indicators of social<br> development, has studied the concept of social development at international and<br> national levels. Considering research purposes and questions, the research method is<br> descriptive and qualitative which has been carried out in two stages of library and<br> Delphi technique. The research sample size (Delphi method) consists of 30<br> academic experts and executive authorities in social development area, who have<br> been selected randomly. Finally, according to calculation of social indicators,<br> significance and priority in process of Delphi technique, the concept of social<br> development was defined and interpreted as the quality of social system through<br> institutionalization of development ethics, especially &ldquo;ethics of social development&rdquo;<br> in order to achieve &ldquo;social solidarity (consensus)&rdquo; and &ldquo;social equality&rdquo; for<br> promoting &ldquo;life quality level&rdquo; and enhancing the coefficient of &ldquo;social security&rdquo;.
