fa مطالعۀ کیفی تجربۀ زیستۀ دانشجومعلمان از فعالیت های فرهنگی و اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان آذربایجان‌شرقی) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">فعالیت &shy;های فرهنگی و اجتماعی دانشجویان، بسترهای لازم را برای سرمایۀ اجتماعی دانشگاهی و بسط مشارکت&shy; های اجتماعی در دانشگاه فراهم ساخته است و فضای نشاط و امید را در بین دانشجویان به وجود می &shy;آورد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی تجربۀ زیستۀ دانشجومعلمان از فعالیت&shy; های فرهنگی و اجتماعی می&shy; باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و شیوۀ پدیدارشناسی می&shy; باشد. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش 20 نفر از دانشجومعلمان فعال در حوزه&shy; های فرهنگی و اجتماعی&nbsp; پردیس &shy;های دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان آذربایجان شرقی است که با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده &shy;اند. بعد از تحلیل مصاحبه&shy; ها، </span><span lang="FA">دو مضمون فراگیر بهبود سرمایۀ اجتماعی دانشگاهی و کسب شایستگی&shy; های دانشی و مهارتی و </span><span lang="AR-SA">هشت مضمون اصلی استخراج شد که عبارت است از: پرورش روحیۀ کار گروهی، بسط همدلی جمعی، تقویت فضای نشاط و امید، شیوۀ توانمندشدن، بسط مشارکت اجتماعی و فرهنگی، کسب سواد تربیتی و ارتقاء توان مدارا با دیگران و تمرین مدیریت و رهبری سازمانی.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal">The cultural and social activities of the students provide the necessary platforms for the university social capital and the development of social partnerships in the university and create an atmosphere of happiness and hope among the students. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the lived experience of student teachers from cultural and social activities. The present research method is qualitative and thematic analysis.The participants of the research are 20 active student teachers in the cultural and social fields of Farhangian University campuses in East Azarbaijan province. Purposive sampling method has been used in the selection of cases. After analyzing the interviews, two inclusive theme improving academic social capital and acquiring knowledge and skills competencies and eight main themes were extracted, which are: Developing the spirit of teamwork, development of collective empathy, Improving the academic social capital, Strengthening the atmosphere of happiness and hope, the way of empowerment, the acquisition of educational literacy and The promotion of the ability to tolerate others and the practice of organizational management and leadership.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> تجربۀ زیسته؛ دانشجومعلمان؛ فعالیت های فرهنگی و اجتماعی؛ مطالعه کیفی.
