fa تحرک اجتماعیِ درون نسلی در یک جامعۀ درحال گذار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Tahoma">مطالعۀ حاضر به بررسی تحرک اجتماعی درون نسلی در شهر کاشان به عنوان یک جامعۀ در حال گذار می &shy;پردازد. &nbsp;شناخت میزان تحرک، عوامل مؤثر بر آن و راهبردهای مورد استفاده در این فرآیند، هدف اصلی پژوهش بوده است<span dir="LTR">.</span>. نظریه &shy;های گیدنز، مک کلیلند و بوردیو، پایۀ نظری اصلی این پژوهش را تشکیل می&shy; دهند<span dir="LTR">.</span> جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ شهروندان 25 تا 64 سالۀ کاشان می&shy; باشد که از بین آن&shy; ها 385 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه&shy; ای انتخاب شدند. &nbsp;یافته&shy; ها نشان می&shy; دهد که میزان تحرک بین نسلی تقریبا معادل 40 درصد است و اکثریت افراد، به طور عمده، یک درجه تحرک را تجربه کرده&shy; اند. متغیرهایی مانند سطح تحصیلات و عدم اعتقاد به شانس و اقبال، &nbsp;نقش مؤثری در تحرک رو به بالا و درون نسلی پاسخ دهندگان داشته است. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه به طور عمده، از راهبردهای اقتصادی و آموزشی <span style="color:black">به منظور پیشرفت و ارتقاء درون نسلی</span> <span style="color:black">بهره برده&shy; اند.</span></span></span></div> <p><br> &nbsp;</p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal">The present paper, studies Intra-Generational social mobility in Kashan as a transitional society. Knowing the level of mobility, its effective factors and the strategies used in this process has been the main goal of the research. Giddens, Mc-Clealand and Bourdieu&#39;s theories, form the main theoretical base of the research. The statistical population of the research includes all citizens aged 25 to 64 in Kashan, out of which 385 people were selected through Cochran&#39;s formula and studied by cluster sampling method. Findings show that, the amount of intra-generational mobility relatively equals 40%, the majority of which experienced only one degree i.e. short-range mobility. Variables such as education and lack of belief in chance have played an effective role in the intra-generational upward mobility of the respondents.
