fa ارزیابی تعامل دوسویه فرهنگ و فناوری در فرایند توسعه فناورانه جوامع- ارائه مدل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>ارتباط میان فن آوری و بستر فرهنگی جامعه مورد توجه بسیار از اندیشمندان بوده است. از آنجا که مدیران به عنوان بخشی از وظایف خود به توسعه فناوری سازمانها می پردازند، تحلیل تغییرات محیطی می تواند به آنها در پیش بینی فناوری های غالب کمک کند. در این پژوهش، ضمن معرفی رویکردهای مختلف در خصوص ارتباط فناوری و فرهنگ، ابعاد گوناگون این ارتباط و پیچیدگی‌های این فرایند مورد بررسی کتابخانه‌ای قرار گرفته است. بررسی روندهای تاریخی نشان‌دهنده تعامل دوسویه فرهنگ و تحولات فنّاورانه است. تقابل عناصر فرهنگی &laquo;میراثی&raquo; و &laquo;فناورانه&raquo; در کانون این تعامل قرار دارد. نقش بارز تصمیمات دولت و سیاست‌ورزی‌های روشنفکران سنتی جامعه و نیز ایدئولوژی حاکم، در تعادل بخشی به این تقابل غیرقابل‌انکار است. در این پژوهش با ارائه مدلی، دروندادها و بروندادهای مساله توسعه فناوری در کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته، و فرایند تولد تا زوال یک سبک فناورانه در بستر فرهنگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است که می‌تواند در بهبود سیاست‌های فرهنگی و صنعتی کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> <p>The relationship between technology and cultural context is considered by many scholars. Whereas managers as part of their duties, develop organizations&#39; technology, analysis of environmental changes can help them predict the dominant technology. In this study, whilst introduce the different approaches of relationship between technology and culture, different aspects of this relationship and the intricacies of this process has been studied library.
