fa الگویابی تجربۀ خشونت خانگی در زنان مستقل: مطالعه ای کیفی به روش تحلیل مضمون Modeling the Experience of Domestic Violence in Strong Women: A Qualitative Study using Thematic Analysis Method تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">این مطالعه به بررسی تجربۀ زیستۀ زنان قدرتمند قربانی خشونت خانگی در جامعۀ ایرانی با رویکرد کیفی پدیدارشناختی می پردازد. دادههای این مقاله در سال 1400 از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمه ساختارمند از هفت زن قدرتمند که به صورت هدفمند از شهر قزوین انتخاب شده بودند، جمع آوری شد. یافته ها نشان می دهند که خشونت خانگی با بالا رفتن جایگاه اجتماعی و اقتصادی زنان ناپدید نمیشود، بلکه از رنگی به رنگ دیگر درمی آید. الگوها و مضامین داده های مرتبط با سؤالات پژوهش، از طریق تحلیل مضمون استخراج گردید. مضامین اصلی مربوط به بسترهای اجتماعی خشونت خانگی، تناقض نقشی، به هم خوردن توازن در ساخت قدرت در خانواده، داغ اجتماعی تجربۀ خشونت و فقدان حمایت قانونی از قربانی است. مضامین مربوط به پیامدهای تجربۀ خشونت خانگی در زنان قدرتمند عبارتند از تاب آوری، خودارزیابی منفی و افسردگی و نیز مضامین اصلی، چگونگی انتقال احساس و ادراک از تجربۀ خشونت خانگی، اعتقاد به توانمندی زنان، خوشبینی و تأکید بر جایگاه مدیریتی خود به عنوان یک زن می باشند. آنچه که از یافته ها منتج می شود این است که زنان قدرتمند قربانی خشونت خانگی، علاوه بر تأثیرپذیری از ساختارهای مردسالار هژمونیک، قربانی تداوم چرخۀ خشونت منتج از همدستی شان با همسر آزارگر خود نیز هستند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">This study examines the lived experience of powerful women who are victims of domestic violence in Iranian society with a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data has been collected in 2021 through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 7 powerful women who were purposefully selected from Tehran. The findings show that domestic violence does not disappear for powerful women, but its types changes. Patterns and themes related to the questions were extracted through theme analysis. The main themes of the social contexts of domestic violence are role conflict, imbalance in the construction of power in the family, the social label of the experience of violence, and the lack of legal protection for the victim. The themes related to the consequences of experiencing domestic violence in powerful women include resilience, negative self-evaluation and depression. Also, the main themes of transpathy of the experience of domestic violence are denying the superiority of men, optimism and emphasizing on their managerial position as a woman. What emerges from the findings is that powerful women who are victims of domestic violence, are affected by hegemonic patriarchal structures, and also, they are victims of the continuation of the cycle of violence resulting from their complicity with their abusive husbands.</span></span></span></span></div> <br>   تحلیل مضمون؛ خشونت خانگی؛ زنان؛ مدیران زن.
