fa تحلیل تطبیقی شاخص‌های عدالت در بناهای مسکونی سنتی و معاصر (نمونۀ مطالعاتی: محلۀ پامنار تهران) Comparative Analysis of Justice Indicators in Traditional and Contemporary Residential Buildings (Case Study: Pamenar Neighborhood of Tehran) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> عدالت یکی از مسائل مهم برای همۀ انسان‌ها محسوب می‌شود. توجه به مفهوم عدالت در بناهای مسکونی از این جهت حائز اهمیت است که مقولۀ مسکن با نیاز اجتماعی جامعه به عدالت پیوند دارد. اما اینکه نمود عینی تجلی عدالت در مسکن و مؤلفه‌های کالبدی آن چگونه است نیاز به پژوهش دارد. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی تطابق بناهای سنتی و معاصر محلۀ پامنار تهران با مفهوم عدالت می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع کمی و با توجه به هدف آن از نوع کاربردی و بر مبنای ماهیت روش توصیفی- موردی، به صورت تحلیلی می‌باشد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که مسکن و مؤلفه‌های کالبدی آن در شکل‌دهی به ارزش‌ها، مفاهیم و احساس افراد از عدالت اجتماعی تأثیر گذار است. تمایز و تشابه توجه به مفهوم عدالت در بناهای سنتی و معاصر محلۀ پامنار را می‌توان در شاخص‌های کالبدی و اجتماعی مرتبط با مسکن و مؤثر بر ادراک افراد از عدالت اجتماعی و نحوۀ تجلی آن‌ها در بناهای مسکونی بیان کرد که از نظر شهروندان، بناهای مسکونی سنتی محلۀ پامنار نسبت به بناهای معاصر واقع در آن، تطابق بیشتری با مفهوم عدالت دارند. در واقع عدالت در بناهای مسکونی سنتی پامنار به مصداق وحدت در کثرت تجلی پیدا کرده است. ولکن این وحدت نه بین بناهای مسکونی معاصر ساخته شده و نه بین بناهای معاصر و سنتی قدیمی واقع در محلۀ پامنار وجود ندارد.    </div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Justice is one of the important issues for all people. Paying attention to the concept of justice in residential buildings is important due to the category of housing which is related to the social need of society for justice. However, what is the objective manifestation of justice in housing and its physical components, needs research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the compatibility of traditional and contemporary buildings in Pamenar neighborhood of Tehran with the concept of justice. The research method is of a quantitative type and according to its purpose, it is of an applied type and based on the nature of descriptive-case method in an analytical way. Results show that housing and its physical components are effective in shaping people's values, concepts, and feelings about social justice. The distinction and similarity of attention to the concept of justice in traditional and contemporary buildings of Pamenar neighborhood can be expressed in the physical and social indicators related to housing and affecting people's perception of social justice and how they manifest in residential buildings. According to the citizens, the traditional residential buildings of Pamenar neighborhood are more consistent with the concept of justice than the contemporary buildings located there. In fact, justice has been manifested in Pamenar's traditional residential buildings as an example of unity in plurality. However, this unity does not exist between modern residential buildings, nor between contemporary and old traditional buildings located in Pamenar neighborhood.</div>   عدالت؛ مسکن سنتی؛ معاصر؛ محلۀ پامنار.
