fa ارائۀ الگوی نظام آموزش اثربخش برای مدیران دورۀ ابتدایی (با رویکرد آمیخته) Providing a Model of an Effective Education System for Elementary School Managers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائۀ الگوی نظام آموزش اثربخش برای مدیران دورۀ ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده ها، آمیختۀ اکتشافی است. از نظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه در بخش کیفی، داده بنیاد خودظهور  و در بخش کمی، پیمایشی مقطعی بوده است. جامعۀ پژوهش در بخش کیفی، کلیۀ خبرگان حوزۀ علوم تربیتی و مدیریت آموزشی در آموزش و پرورش بودند که به روش هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی و با معیار اشباع نظری داده ها، 30 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز جامعۀ پژوهش شامل همۀ مدیران دورۀ ابتدایی شهر تهران بودند که به روش تصادفی و بر اساس جدول مورگان   269 نفر(137زن و132 مرد) انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه بود. تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از طریق کدگذاری و در بخش کمی به مدد اجرای آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، تحلیل و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش، الگویی مرکب از هشت بعد رهبری و خط مشی گذاری، ساختار مدیریتی، آموزش اثربخش، مدیریت اجرایی، الزامات اجرایی، طراحی آموزشی، برنامه ریزی آموزشی، ارزشیابی و پایش، 36 مؤلفه و 154 شاخص را نشان داد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of the present research is to provide a model of an effective training system for the principals of primary education in Tehran. The research method is exploratory in terms of the applied purpose and the type of data, and in terms of the nature and type of study is qualitative part, self-emerging foundation data, and in the quantitative part, a cross-sectional survey. A number of thirty experts in the field of educational sciences were selected by a targeted snowball method and with the criterion of theoretical data saturation. In the quantitative part, the research population included all the principals of elementary school in Tehran, randomly selected. The research tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. Data analysis was analyzed and evaluated in the qualitative part through coding and in the quantitative part with the help of confirmatory factor analysis test. The research results show a model composed of eight dimensions of leadership and policy making, management structure, effective training, executive management, executive requirements, educational design, educational planning, evaluation and monitoring, which are 36 components and 154 indicators.</div> آموزش اثربخش؛ مدیران دورۀ ابتدایی؛ آموزش و پرورش.
