fa ارزیابی زیست پذیری شهری کلان شهر مشهد با تأکید بر شاخص فرهنگ و پایداری اجتماعی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">شهرهای زیست&shy; پذیر، مکان‌هایی برای زندگی اجتماعی، خلق زیبایی و حضور همۀ ساکنان در قلمرو عمومی بدون آلودگی و ترافیک هستند. اصول اجتماعی و ارزش‌های آن در شهر زیست&shy; پذیر، جایگاه ویژه &shy;ای دارد. در شهر زیست&shy; پذیر، آستانه &shy;های رضایت اجتماعی و ارزش‌های هویتی دارای اهمیت زیادی هستند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل زیست &shy;پذیری شهری کلان‌شهر مشهد با تأکید بر شاخص فرهنگ و پایداری می‌باشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و&nbsp; به لحاظ روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. با استفاده از نرم افزار </span>GIS<span lang="FA"> نقشه‌های مربوط به وضعیت هر کدام از زیر شاخص‌های عینی براساس محدودۀ مناطق کلان‌شهر مشهد ترسیم گردیده است. برای شاخص ذهنی که دارای 15 گویه است، از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. حجم نمونه در کل مناطق شهر مشهد برابر با 402 نفر بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که منطقۀ ثامن کلان‌شهر مشهد، بهترین منطقه از نظر شاخص فرهنگ و پایداری اجتماعی از بعد زیست &shy;پذیری شهری می‌باشد. پس از منطقۀ ثامن، منطقۀ 8&nbsp; به لحاظ فرهنگ و پایداری اجتماعی دارای بهترین شرایط می‌باشد. نامناسب&shy; ترین منطقه هم به لحاظ فرهنگ و پایداری اجتماعی، به ترتیب مناطق 2، 4 و 7 می‌باشند. در نهایت هم پیشنهادهایی در ارتباط با افزایش سطح زیست &shy;پذیری شهری از بعد فرهنگی و پایداری اجتماعی در کلان شهر مشهد ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Livable cities are places for social life, the creation of beauty, the presence of all residents in the public space without pollution and traffic. Social principles and its values have a special position in livable city. The thresholds of social satisfaction and identity values are very important in livable city. The main goal of this research is analysis on Mashhad metropolis livability with emphasis on culture and social sustainability indicator. The research method of this research is practical in terms of goal, and is descriptive &ndash; analytical in terms of methodology. Based on the GIS Software, maps related to the status of each of objective sub-indicators according to the limits of Mashhad metropolis&#39;s zones were drawn. For mental indicator, including 15 questions, questionnaire have been applied for a sample size of 402 persons in all zones of Mashhad. The results of this research show the zone Samen (13) of Mashhad metropolis is the best zone in terms of culture and social sustainability indicator, followed by zones 8.
