fa توسعۀ فناوری ارزهای دیجیتال و تأثیر آن بر گسترش فعالیت‌های مجرمانه (مورد مطالعاتی قاچاق ارز و کالا) The Development of Digital Currency Technology and its impact on the spread of Criminal Activities (Study of foreign exchange and goods smuggling) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> از جمله مهم‌ترین و شگرف‌ترین پیشرفت‌های فناورانه که نقش مهمی در تحول مبادلات تجاری در سطح ملی و بین‌الملل داشته است، ظهور ارزهای دیجیتال یا رمز پایه است. قابلیت بالای این رمزارزها در پنهان ‌کردن مسیر مبادلات تجاری و بهره‌گیری از فناوری نظیر به نظیر و حذف عامل نظارتی، سبب شده است که اشتیاق زیادی برای استفاده از این رمزارزها به وجود آید. از طرفی این بستر، محمل بسیار مناسبی برای رشد و توسعۀ فعالیت‌های مجرمانه است. مسألۀ اصلی این است که آیا ورود رمزارزها به ایران، تأثیری بر افزایش حجم قاچاق ارز و کالا داشته است و این تأثیر تا چه اندازه بوده است؟ درصورتی‌که پاسخ به این سؤال مثبت باشد، فرضیۀ استفادۀ مجرمان از رمزارزها برای تسهیل مبادلات خود تأیید می‌گردد. برای پاسخ به سؤال این پژوهش، از روش ARDL استفاده شده است که به کمک آن، داده‌های مستخرج از نهادهای معتبر آماری مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ورود ارزهای دیجیتال در اقتصاد ایران سبب افزایش قاچاق شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد تأثیر بهره‌گیری از رمزارزها در قاچاق، بسیار زیاد است و در بلندمدت تا 46 درصد قابل‌ پیش‌بینی است. نهادهای نظارتی می‌بایست از طریق کانال‌های ممکن از جمله صرافی‌های ارائه ‌دهندۀ خدمات، نظارت‌های لازم را به عمل ‌آورند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">  Among the most important and remarkable technological developments that have played an important role in the evolution of commercial exchanges at the national and international level is the emergence of digital currencies or cryptocurrency. The high capability of these cryptocurrencies in hiding the path of commercial exchanges and using peer-to-peer technology and removing the regulatory factor has caused a great desire to use these cryptocurrencies in criminal activities. On the other hand, this platform is a very suitable medium for the growth and development of criminal activities. The main issue is whether the entry of cryptocurrencies into Iran has had an effect on the increase in the volume of foreign exchange and goods smuggling and to what extent has this effect been? If the answer to this question is positive, the hypothesis of criminals using cryptocurrencies to facilitate their transactions is confirmed. To answer the question of this research, the ARDL method has been used, with the help of which data extracted from reliable statistical institutions have been analyzed. The results of the research show that the entry of digital currencies in Iran's economy has caused an increase in smuggling. The results show that the impact of using cryptocurrencies in smuggling is very high and can by long term be predicted up to 46%.
