fa آگاهی فرهنگی: تحلیلی بر صلاحیت‌های فرهنگی پرستاران (مورد مطالعه: بیمارستان های آموزشی اصفهان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">روند فزایندۀ انتظارات ناشی از تنوع تقاضا در فضای خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به‌ویژه در عرصۀ رقابتی، توجه به صلاحیت‌های فرهنگی را به‌عنوان الزامی در </span><span lang="AR-SA">رشتۀ بهداشت و درمان،</span> <span lang="FA">به یک مسألۀ قابل ‌تأمل بدل کرده است. از این‌رو آگاهی فرهنگی، به‌عنوان سطحی از این صلاحیت برای بیمارستان‌های دولتی که خدمات تخصصی را به طیف وسیعی از مشتریان عرضه می‌کنند، یک مزیت رقابتی محسوب می‌شود. بسیاری از نهادهای خدمات درمانی در تلاش‌اند از طریق دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت، این صلاحیت‌ها را توسعه دهند؛ اما این امر نیازمند دانش در مورد سطح آگاهی اولیه است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیلی بر صلاحیت‌های فرهنگی پرستاران، سطح آگاهی فرهنگی آن‌ها را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، کلیۀ پرستاران مرکز آموزش تخصصی بیمارستان های آموزشی اصفهان به تعداد 400 نفر بودند که از این میان 196 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به روش در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی، پرسشنامه 36 گویه&shy;ای استاندارد آگاهی فرهنگی ریو (2003) بود که پایایی ابعاد چهارگانۀ آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/0 برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد به&shy; جز، تجربیات آموزشی عمومی و مسائل پژوهشی، در سایر ابعاد، آگاهی فرهنگی بالاتر از سطح متوسط است. همچنین بیشترین ضریب تأثیر در آگاهی فرهنگی، متعلق به مراقبت از بیمار با (35/0) است، این در حالی است که بیشترین قدرت پیش &shy;بینی کنندگی متعلق به تجربیات آموزشی عمومی (214/0) و مسائل پژوهشی (207/0) است.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The increasing trend of expectations due to the diversity of demand in the health and treatment services environment, especially in the competitive arena, has turned attention to cultural qualifications as a requirement in the health and treatment field into a serious issue. Therefore, cultural awareness, as a level of this competency, is considered a competitive advantage for public hospitals that offer specialized services to a wide range of clients. Many healthcare institutions are trying to develop these skills through in-service training courses; but this requires knowledge about the level of basic awareness. Based on this, the current research has investigated the level of cultural awareness of nurses with the aim of analyzing the cultural qualifications of nurses. The statistical population of this research is all nurses of the specialized training center of Isfahan educational hospitals, numbering 400 people, of which 196 people have been selected as a sample using the accessible method. The instrument for collecting field data was 36-item questionnaire of the Rew cultural awareness standard (2003), the reliability of its four dimensions was estimated to be higher than 0.7 using Cronbach&#39;s alpha. The results show that except for general educational experiences and research issues, in other dimensions, cultural awareness is above the average level.
