fa هماوردی جریان‌های فکری و اجتماعی در ایرانِ پس از جنگ پیرامون روابط کار در پرتو توسعه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span b="" lotus=""><span style="color:black">مقاله‌‌ی حاضر با روش اسنادی و با محور قرار دادن یکی از مهم‌‌ترین عرصه‌های تولید و بازتولید نابرابری و فرودستی، یعنی روابط کار، به دنبال آن است که نزاع و هماوردی جریان‌های فکری و اجتماعی پیرامون این موضوع را مورد واکاوی قرار دهد. مطالعه‌‌ی‌ این جریان‌ها از منظر تحلیل‌ها و تجویز‌های آن‌‌ها در مورد روند‌ها و فرآیندهای اخیر روابط کار در ایران یعنی موقتی‌سازی و شرکتی‌سازی نیروهای کار انجام می‌گیرد که این امر نیز مستلزم ترسیم نسبت‌ دولت، جامعه و بازار از منظر آن جریان‌ها است. پس از ترسیم مهم‌‌ترین ویژگی‌ها و مختصات این جریان‌های فکری، خلأ‌ها و نیندیشیده‌های آن‌‌ها از منظر اهمیت توسعه بیان می‌شود. با وجود تفاوت‌ و تقابل‌های آشکار این جریان‌ها پیرامون موضوع روابط کاری و استخدامی، هر دو فاقد نگاه توسعه‌ای هستند و به همین دلیل هم در مورد نقش‌آفرینی دولت در توسعه و هم اهمیت عامل انسانی برای توسعه دچار ضعف یا فقدان هستند و به ورطه‌‌ی نفی دولت یا نفی بازار می‌افتند. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span dir="LTR" style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The present article, focusing on one of the most important areas of production and reproduction of inequality and inferiority, namely labor relations, seeks to examine the conflict and rivalry of intellectual and social currents. The study of these currents from the perspective of their analysis and prescriptions on recent trends and processes of labor relations in Iran, i.e. the temporalization of labor, requires drawing the ratio of government, society, and market from the perspective of those currents. After drawing the most important features and coordinates these intellectual currents, based on the concept of development, the gaps are expressed. Despite the obvious differences and confrontations between these currents on the issue of labor and employment relations, both lack a developmental perspective and therefore are weak or lacking in both the role of government in development and the importance of the human factor for development.
