fa تحلیل عاملی عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر در توسعه‌ی پایدار (مطالعه‌ی موردی شهر چابهار) Factor Analysis of the Effective Social Factors on Sustainable Development, The City of Chabahar تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا عوامل اجتماعی (شاخص های انسان گرایانه) مؤثر بر توسعه ی پایدار در چهار طیف پیش برنده و بازدارنده، درونی و بیرونی در بین ساکنین بومی شهر چابهار مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گیرد. به منظور شناسایی عوامل اصلی، تعداد 19 شاخص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و سپس پرسشنامه ای حاوی 100 سؤال  بین 318  نفر از ساکنین بومی توزیع شد. میزان پایایی پرسشنامه ی طراحی شده 75/0 برآورد گردید. سرانجام؛ جهت تحلیل داده‌ها ابتدا برای تعیین کفایت و گزینش داده های مناسب از آزمون KMO  و کرویت بارتلت استفاده شد که نهایتاً 13 عامل و 39 گویه همراه با ارزیابی وضعیت این عوامل در بین ساکنین بومی شهر چابهار به شرح ذیل استخراج و نام گذاری گردید: عوامل اجتماعی پیش برنده درونی در مجموع با <a name="_Hlk83510214">341/</a>73   درصد از واریانس، شامل: اعتماد اجتماعی (کم)، مشارکت اجتماعی <a name="_Hlk83504364">(بینابین)</a>، اعتماد بین فردی (بینابین)، روحیه ی کار جمعی (زیاد) و تعهد شغلی (بینابین)، عوامل بازدارنده ی درونی با مجموع <a name="_Hlk83510273">602/</a>65   درصد از واریانس، شامل: تحدید استقلال زنان (کم)، تعصب مذهبی (کم) و تمایز نژادی (نسبتأ کم)، عوامل پیشبرنده ی بیرونی مجموعاً با <a name="_Hlk83510324">920/</a>61 درصد از واریانس، شامل: آزادی سیاسی و فرصت های اجتماعی (کم)، عدالت محوری (بسیار کم) و تضمین شفافیت (کم)، عوامل اجتماعی بازدارنده بیرونی با مجموع 59/784 درصد از واریانس، شامل دو عامل ناکارآمدی قوانین (زیاد) و تبعیض قومی (زیاد).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study has attempted to explore the effective social factors (humanitarian factors) on sustainable development in four spectra including promoting, inhibitory, internal, and external factors among native inhabitants of the city of Chabahar. Nineteen indicators were studied in order to identify the main factors. Also a questionnaire containing 100 questions was distributed among 318 native inhabitants. The reliability value of the questionnaire was 0.75. Regarding data analysis, the KMO and Bartlett's test of sphericity were used for determining the adequacy and selection of proper data. Finally, thirteen factors and thirty nine items assessing the status of these factors among the native residents of Chabahar  were extracted and named as follows: the internal promoting social factors (four general indicators and two indicators specific to the people with work experience) resulting to the sum of the total varience equal to %73.341, including “social trust” (low) , “social participation” (intermediate), “interpersonal trust” <a name="_Hlk83510784">(intermediate)</a>, “collective spirit” (high), and “job commitment” (intermediate); the internal inhibitory factors (sum of total varience equal to (%65.602) including “restricting women’s independence” <a name="_Hlk83510955">(low), </a>“religious fanaticism” (low), and “racial distinction” (relatively low); the external promoting factors (sum of total varience equal to  (%61.920) including “political freedom and social opportunities” (low), “justice-centeredness” (very low), and “ensure transparency” (low); the external inhibitory social factors (sum of total varience equal to (%59.784) including “inefficiency of rules” (high) and “ethnic discrimination” (high) </div> توسعه ی پایدار, توسعه ی اجتماعی؛ شاخص انسان گرایانه, تحلیل عاملی.
