fa بازیابی معنایی مفهوم فرهنگ آپارتمان نشینی در شهر مشهد مقدس Semantic Retrieval of the Concept of Apartment Culture in the Holy City of Mashhad عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span b="" lotus=""><span style="color:black">هدف پژوهش حاضر، </span></span><span b="" lotus="">بازیابی و تحلیل معانی مفهوم فرهنگ آپارتمان نشینی<span style="color:black"> از نگاه ساکنان آپارتمان می باشد. به این منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی (توصیفی-تحلیلی) استفاده گردیده است. جامعه مورد بررسی پژوهش حاضر، ساکنان آپارتمان در مناطق 2و9 شهر مشهد می باشند. حجم نمونه ی پژوهش، تعداد 21 نفر از ساکنان آپارتمان نشین مبتنی بر اشباع نظری تعیین، که به شیوه نمونه گیری هدف مند دنبال گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری دادهای پژوهش، مصاحبه ی </span>باز <span style="color:black">و نیمه ساخت یافته انتخاب گردیده است. جهت تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">maxqda</span></span><span b="" lotus=""><span style="color:black">  استفاده شده است. داده های پژوهش به روش تحلیل تماتیک مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته اند. یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که مقولات: روابط اجتماعی سازنده، اعتماد اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، تنوع فرهنگی، سبک نوین زندگی، از جمله شاخص ها و معیارهایی هستند که از طرف ساکنین در قالب فرهنگ آپارتمان نشینی تعریف شده و بر رفتار افراد در محیط های زندگی جمعی بیشترین تأثیر را دارند. درنتیجه اگر ساکنان در دو بعد عملکردی و ساختاری بر پایه ی ارزش ها و هنجارهای یذیرفته شده ی ایرانی- اسلامی عمل نمایند، بهبود فرهنگ زندگی جمعی و نهادینه کردن آن در تعاملات زندگی روزمره جهت تغییر در عادت واره های رفتاری ساکنان فراهم می گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div> <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span dir="RTL" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="FA"></span></span></span></span></div> </div> <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span dir="RTL" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="FA"></span></span></span></span></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The aim of the present study is to retrieve and analyze the meanings of the concept of the culture of apartment from the perspective of the residents of apartments. For this purpose, qualitative research method (descriptive-analytical) has been used. The study population is apartment residents in areas 2 and 9 in Mashhad. The sample size of the study is 21 apartment residents based on theoretical saturation, followed by purposive sampling. Research data collection tools, interviews and semi-structured interviews have been selected. Maxqda software has been used to analyze the data. The research data has been analyzed by thematic analysis. The findings of the present study show that the categories (constructive social relations, social trust, social participation, cultural diversity, new lifestyle), including indicators and criteria are defined by residents in the form of apartment culture and have the greatest impact on the behavior of individuals in collective living environments.
